Between noon June 25 and 8:11 p.m. Aug. 22, a thief stole a $300 elephant sculpture, an $850 Dolce & Gabbana dress, and two $1,300 Lela Rose dresses from a house in the 3700 block of Binkley Avenue.
At 10:56 a.m., a black GMC Yukon hit a stop sign at Airline Road and St. Johns Drive.
Between noon Aug. 15 and 2 p.m. Aug. 23, a scammer stole $15,263.40 in wired funds from a victim in the 4300 block of Edmondson Avenue.
At 7:18 p.m., Bret James Szumera, 39, of Dallas, was arrested on a charge of theft.
At 11:40 p.m., Kyle Wayne Powell, 38, of Mesquite, was arrested in the 3800 block of Normandy Avenue on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
At 2:58 a.m., Annette Nuncio, 38, was arrested in the 5500 block of Fairfield Avenue on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
At 9:15 a.m., Peter T. Kikis, 22, of University Park, was arrested in the 3400 block of Normandy Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
At 4:30 p.m., Sheri Lynn Deterling, 51, of University Park was arrested in the 2800 block of Amherst Street on a charge of resisting an arrest search or transport.
At 11:30 p.m., a rascal stole a $200 sign from a white 2016 Chevrolet Trax in the 3300 block of Amherst Street.
Between 7 p.m. Aug. 25 and 8 a.m. Aug. 26, a scoundrel stole a $600 hoverboard from a house in the 3500 block of Marquette Street.
At midnight Aug. 27, a burglar broke into a black 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe and stole the third-row seat.
Between 8:45 p.m. Aug. 26 and 6:56 p.m. Aug. 27, a thief stole the tires from a white 2016 GMC Yukon in the 3500 block of Bryn Mawr Drive.
At 2:15 p.m., a rapscallion stole an iPhone 6 from a victim in the 3400 block of Normandy Avenue.
