With Halloween behind us, we can now look forward to the two big name holidays before the new year, Thanksgiving and Christmas. And while we don’t want to overlook turkey day, preparing for Christmas is all about getting into the season.
To do just this, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is preparing to launch its annual 12 Days of Christmas with a tree lighting celebration on Nov. 8. If you are unable to attend this event, the 12 Days of Christmas will run daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 8 through Jan. 3.
The 12 Days of Christmas exhibit features 12 gazebos scattered through the garden, filled with holiday appropriate displays. The garden will be open during select evenings and includes illuminated trees along with other festive trimmings.
