Here at Park Cities People World Headquarters, we’re slowly working our way back into the work cycle. Unlike many of you, our gracious bosses afford us the opportunity to take the week off between Christmas and New Year’s. It’s a charmed existence, but one that makes these next couple days equal parts stress and confusion.
That said, I was flipping through the Highland Park DPS blotter today when I stumbled upon this gem:
Dec. 19, 8:36 a.m. Stolen: Inflatable Christmas display (Disney’s Mickey and Minnie on a sled). Victim valued the display at approximately $60.00. At the time of this writing there are no suspects and no witnesses. Crime scene was conducted and nothing was noted that might help locate the display or point to a suspect.
