Because my wife and I are exploring putting our autistic son on a gluten-free, casein-free diet, I attended a free class on gluten-free cooking Saturday at the Whole Foods Market at Preston and Forest. Not only did I come away with recipes, free samples, and a boatload of knowledge, I was also thoroughly entertained by “store ambassador” Suzan Mackay, who led the class and a subsequent tour of the store.
