I didn’t know Chief Adams had a first name other than “Chief”. To post under “Gary Adams” strips the heft from his message.

My mistake. I will correct that and use Chief Adams, University Park Police Dept. in the future. I agree with your observation.
Wonder if this kid was smart enough refrain from leaving a credit card receipt for the detergent at the scene? That is the word on the street as to how the last soapy bandit got caught
