Sewers Overflowing in the Park Cities

Today’s Dallas Morning News story about sewer overflows in Highland Park amounts to a one-sentence update: “They’re still working on it” — of the story about the problem that we did, you know, nine months ago, in January.

    I don’t know if this is related but there is a funky smell in the Volk Estates area, right where Turtle Creek goes behind City Hall. It reminds me of the livestock barns at the State Fair. Is it possible that the Park Cities Y stealth bomber has changed up his jogging routine?
