Compact Only Parking is Out Of Control
Enough with the compact parking spaces. This is one of 9 bajillion “compact only” spots in front of Cafe Express on Lovers at Inwood, an area where everyone drives a Suburban or something larger. There are about 4 regular spots. I don’t even drive an SUV and my car won’t fit in these spaces. Really.

Try returning something at Orvis during lunch! Madness! They made me break the law and make my own parking space!

Speaking of Prius owners (and totally not related to compact parking spaces but in the same vein…kinda) I was behind a car today at MIS pickup where the Prius in front of me had an “I’m broke because of the war” (or something to that effect), a “Got Milkweed?” bumper sticker and a license plate rim that said “Elect Barach Obama” (yes, that was how Barack was spelled). I thought it was an interesting car for the MIS carpool line.
