I See a Future Trend

I believe this is the future in the Park Cities. McMansions shall be banished and tiny homes will be in their place. Apparently, to reduce your carbon footprint and just make life easier in general, you should live in a home that has less than 100 sq. feet.

I’m not saying it’s a bad idea. I’m just saying sometimes, I like my space.

That house is mobile…it has wheels and a license plate. There could be some benefits to that.

Developers could replat existing lots into 3 or 4 pieces and put a house on each.

Would that be considered a McCottage?

On a side note, the homeless lady that was discussed here a couple of months ago approached me outside a store at Lovers and Inwood this past weekend. Thanks to the pictures posted of her, I was prepared. She had a piece of paper and asked if I knew directions to somewhere. I just said no and walked away before she could give me her sob story. I wish I would have asked her if she had change for a hundred. :)
