Scots, Wolves to Tangle Tomorrow Night

The Highland Park football team will be doing what it has done nearly every single August for the last decade on Friday night — scrimmage Plano West.

The Scots and Wolves will square off at Clark Stadium. The junior varsity will go at 6 p.m., followed by the varsity at 7:30. The scrimmage is the only one for both teams, which will open the season in the Tom Landry Classic one week from Saturday.

Plano West will take on perennial powerhouse Southlake Carroll at 4:30 p.m. HP will then tangle with Red Oak.
