Scrabulous, Facebook Get Quicky Divorce

According to Slashdot, “News for nerds. Stuff that matters.” Scrabulous has been removed from Facebook per request by Hasbro and their lawyers. For those online scrabble junkies out there (Merritt) you can still get your word fix on at www.scrabulous.com.

    You can add the official Scrabble app, but it is very glitchy right now. I’m going through withdrawal (yes, that is a bingo if RAW is already on the board).

    So, are my 13 current games erased? What happens to those. OMG. I had just played a 51 point word on Sunday against a tough opponent.

    Apparently the Scrabulous folks have ‘invented’ Wordscraper as a substitute. Hopefully they circular tiles and different point system will not step on Scrabble’s toes. I’m off to add it to my apps right now!
