Ace Park Cities reporter Cassie Clark is working on a story about the controversy surrounding Officer’s Elwonger former television aspirations, something Elwonger’s none to happy about.
Clark’s interviewed Elwonger before, for a story she wrote about the DARE program at McCullough Intermediate.
Apparently, ‘Officer Hollywood,” [the nickname a group of sixth graders gave her] didn’t like the story, because when Clark contacted her and asked to talk about the recent controversy, Elwonger said she didn’t think too highly of Clark’s reporting skills.
“You’re probably going to slant this like you did the other story you wrote about me and stab me in the back. With a knife.”
I’m not exactly sure how the DARE story was slanted, but for someone who wanted to be in the spotlight of the small screen, she sure is shy of Park Cities People.
I read the story. Where was the knifing? If anything, the story is pretty positive for Elwonger and DARE, at a time when funding was possibly going to be cut.
Yeah, i saw nothing negative in that story. Why was Elwonger so upset about it?
The knifing is when she said Cassie was going to stab her in the back.
Good question about the DARE story, I don’t get it…
maybe you could have come clean with your previous relatioship with her!
Huh?
I don’t see where that would’ve fit in the story, either, beth. Care to elucidate, if you’re gonna sling some stuff around?
