You wanna take a look at what your DARE officer has been up to? Yikes!
Love,
Merritt
UPDATE: UPPD Chief Gary Adams said, “I am aware of it and dealing with it at this time.”

Yes, Officer Elwonger came to my attention when she first became the DARE officer. I would watch her reality show, and I don’t even like reality shows.

I’m jealous!

Perhaps her first episode could include footage of her and the U.P.P.D. finally dealing with the apparent meth house in the 2600 block of Milton.

The chief is “dealing with it at this time”…that doesn’t sound overly positive for Officer Elwonger, does it?

Yes, she’s hot but if it gets the boys interested in her and her message and gets the girls wanting to emulate her, then is she really doing such a bad thing here?
The last DARE officer was great and well-liked by the students (even though…). His name was Rock Hardin. With all due respect, doesn’t his name sound a bit porn starish?

Yeah, good point Kersten…i know the guys in my classes certainly would have paid more attention to the DARE program.
Suzette is a wonderful broadcaster and represents the community well. You don’t have to wait for this reality show to see this beautiful officer. She already gives her time to the soccer community as part of a show titled “North Texas Soccer Insider” You can see the show by clicking below:
PLEASE have a reality show that (for once) will show that there are actually beautiful women that are Police Officers out there! I would love to see a “Cops” type reality show that focuses on how differently “suspects” react to a beautiful, female officer versus the stereo-typed “dyke” women officer or the fat, out of shape male officer!! Everyone knows that Dallas has the most beautiful women, and this type of show would prove it…..even our cops are gorgeous. I can’t wait until this show airs!!

So Chief Adams……..what’s to “deal with”??? Who wouldn’t want to promote their Police Department in such a way that would bring national attention to our town and the fine things we have here? I’m proud of our local officers, and Officer Elwonger has a tremendously positive impact on our kids that come out of that D.A.R.E. program. I encourage you to support this project and let’s see our wonderful town on T.V.

Having seen Officer Elwonger on TV on a couple occasions, I think she would be an awesome example to young women who are interested in law enforcement as a career but have no examples out there of beautiful, feminine women who are serving the community in the law enforcement field. More power to her for a reality show! It would be a very positive thing.

Brains and beauty. I have known Suzette all of her life and she has worked hard to be where she is today. I am all in favor with the series. Let her stand as an example to other women to follow their dreams and attain them. She does so much for her soccer team, children, and her duties as a public servant. There is much more but too long to list here. You go Suzette!!

I have known Suzette for 15 years. If all police officers were as caring and dedicated as she is, the world would be a better place to live. Suzette is a fine police officer and University Park should be proud to have her as an officer.

Suzette, or Officer Hollywood as the Middle School students know her, is an inspiring influence and has done wonderful work with our impressionable children who are entering a very tricky age full of decisions. I can only think that if she is there for them at her job, our job as parents will be all the easier!
