1,000 in the last 10 years? How many in the last 25? Note: that’s back when you could put fraternity letters on the ‘in-style’ Georgian new homes and it would be hard to tell where the SMU campus ended and the Park Cities began.
On some lots I’ve seen three houses in my lifetime of less than 50 years. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying my 1916 Craftsman.
