Do Koreans Know Something About our Beef that we Should Know?

Have you noticed that South Koreans have been rioting in their streets against the introduction of American-bred beef into their country?  The Koreans are so convinced that our cows are tainted that it’s causing a political crisis there.  This gives me pause about our beef, as well.  What about you?

    Well, I just hosted and exchange student from Korea for the past 7 months. They eat dog. I would eat American beef with pride, and snuggle your pets a little tighter.

    Ha! Combining trf’s and amanda’s comments leads one to believe that the Korean protest may have little to do with hygienic reasons.
