SMU, You May Want to Call Your Lawyers
Staff writer Josh Hixson shared this shot of Mustang Realty Group’s new signs. Note the pony logo on the left side. Is this infringement on SMU’s trademark? They’re the new agents selling the house of John Harris. You know, this guy.

SMU lifted this logo directly off of the hood of the Ford Mustang automobile. It is most likely the intellectual property of the Ford Motor Company.
And Ford lifted it from an actual Mustang, which came from either A) God, or B) prokaryotes that eventually became eukaryotes through endosymbiosis, and so on.
The pony is facing the opposite direction than our SMU logo. Maybe they should call Grapevine ISD instead.
