The car smasher from Monday isn’t going down without some kicking and screaming. His own insurance guy has already acknowledged it would have been paid today if the smasher wasn’t still fighting. He wrote a 3 page document (including a hand drawn diagram) and sent it in for review. My insurance dogs are ready to fight if anything fishy starts to happen. To be continued…
