This property at the north east corner of Hillcrest and Lovers still says new listing. I understand it’s been on the market, this time, for 74 days. But I hear Doris Jacobs, the current agent, also had it listed for 119 days from Oct. 2007 to Feb. 2008 and put it back on the market in April.
New listing? Let’s switch the sign up a bit, maybe something like great schools or near a park. Just a thought…
The NE corner of Lovers and Hillcrest is the east half of the park with the groovy fountain (in distinction to the fuddy-duddy fountain at Armstrong in HP).
Well, it’s the house next to the half of a park. Thanks for making things more clear. And you have a good point, maybe it’s not selling because of the view of that fountain.
It’s not selling because it’s over priced and/or the location. And not because of the park and the fountain. Lovers and Hillcrest is one of the noisiest and busiest intersections in our town. I routinely sit in front of that house waiting for the light to change.
They can actually say it is new if it was taken off the market and then back on…
for 74 days?
