I just received word that executive chef Tom Fleming of Central 214 at the Palomar has resigned “to pursue other opportunities.” This is sad news. I recently spent an afternoon with Fleming and his family for a Homes and Estates article. He’s a great guy with a great family.

Apparently, a national chef search is now underway to find his replacement. Anyone want to guess who will fill his shoes?
