There’s a new restaurant for you Dallasites to check out, discuss, and compare to other local high-end eateries.
Screen Door in One Arts Plaza will open for dinner on May 31. Guests can dine on food that blends “modern culinary wisdom and decades of tried-and-true tradition.” Highlights from the menu include pheasant and dumplings, shrimp and grits, and “The Ultimate Meatloaf.” The restaurant is already opened for lunch.

They are also going to have “Afternoon Tea” on Tuesday-Saturdays! 2:30-4:30.
What a fun place for a girlie bd party or a shower! And best of all, they will have mint juleps and mimosas if you are not the tea type.
We went for a pre-opening party. The julep were really good and served in authentic julep cups. Decor was pretty and the food good. Could be a hit…
