Who bought it and tore it down? Come on Overheardian realtors - give us the dirt.

Unless there was a structural problem with that house, I can’t see a good reason for tearing it down. I think it’s downright immoral to do that. What a waste.

CANDY, where are you? Don’t play coy with us. You’re the only one that can scoop this dirt. We know where you live. So if you need a hard copy of our question, I’ll bring it over personally. And maybe I can pick up my pink hardhat at the same time. Hard copy for hardhat.

I know to some people money is no object, but this cannot be cheap! Unless they paid well below market for this house, it doesn’t make ANY sense. That land is valuable but not SO valuable that you can scrape a basically new house (completely remodeled) house. Someone has to get the dirt on this!

I just spoke to a local real estate agent who said that the owner of said demolished house is a member of a royal family from some Middle Eastern country.

I guess it’s more evidence that the dollar is in the gutter when someone from outside the US can bulldoze a new $7+ million house and not think twice about it.
