Please don’t hire Cassie Clark away from us. I realize Ian keeps bringing you stories a week after they appear in our paper, despite your greater financial and technical resources, but you really should keep letting him follow her lead.
Thanks.

Except don’t follow her (or her editor’s?) lead in spelling. A story in this week’s paper uses the word “reigns” where the word “reins” was called for. (Note that I’m assuming typographical error over usage error.) Is this nit-picky on my part? Yes. But we’re talking about a newspaper.

Yep, Adam. We’re talking about a newspaper, and we certainly should have gotten that right.
