I guess there are no curly haired females in HPISD? When did “perms” stop being cool?
Are they all required to have the same hairdo?
The hairstyle this is a little creepy.
This is so much whiter (and creepier) than D’s intern pic.
What mom gave birth to these sets of multiples?
The side part is definitely en vogue.
I am in 8th grade, so I go to school with these girls. It’s very popular to straighten your hair. Several of these girls have naturally curly hair, and I know a couple do wear their hair curly, every once and awhile. If I had wavy hair, which I don’t, I would so love to wear it that way. I am jealous of the girls who can wear their hair it different ways day to day.
I think they have to staighten it right before they weigh in.
They have different styles! Some part their hair on the RIGHT, and some part their hair on the LEFT.
Congrats girls!
Duffey, these HP cheerleader/drill team photos have looked the exact same since the mid-to-late 1980s. Once the Molly Ringwald era died, straight hair has dominated at HPHS. It’s funny, in that if you go out to the more rural areas of DFW, the girls all curl their hair. It’s the herd mentality.
These posts read like cheerleader-envy to me:)
my captcha words are critize and mean
HPHS is great if you are white.
It doesn’t matter what color you are as long as you act and sound like a WASP (and have lots of GREEN in the bank)
Hi I’m a Highland Park Cheerleader this year and all the comments about us looking the same, well straight hair is just popular right now. And also that comment about being in HP we have a lot of money well not everyone does and we don’t catorgize people by money either. And it’s pretty stressing and hard to make the HP cheerleading team.
