The Sparkling Alley in Highland Park
This diligent street cleaner had all rotating devices in action at lunch time today and was focusing on the alley south of Potomac. A half block further south is a major construction zone so, guys, I’m thinking it’s gonna get dirty again super fast.

1. Street and alley sweeping is a routine maintenance to keep brush and debris out of roadways.
2. The town, via tax dollars
3. University Park’s costs about $50,000, so Highland Park is probably about half of that.
