Monitoring the Scene

So far today:

1. The new mod fountain at Lovers and Hillcrest now has lights. It seems they’re unveiling it in parts. Several city employees stood watching it for a long time this morning, maybe it’s supposed to do something else.
2. There are a lot of glam Real Estate agents in town, see the comments here.
3. UPPA Spring Gift Market is in full swing at University Park Elementary.
