Rogers Healy Gets 400 Calls a Day- Keeps Cell Plugged to Charger

An Overheadian did the math on yesterday’s post about Rogers Healy and his major success. 400 calls a day? Wow, that’s amazing.

Dear Rogers,

I’ve never seen anything close to the volume of business you’ve described but I’m not in the biz. Call me so I can watch you in action and write a column about it. This is totally my kind of topic.

What month in 2007 did he start this super successful real estate biz?

Oh, the article says it was founded in the fall. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and say September, that’s eight whole months of real estate business.

And I was trying to figure out how he had 12 agents working for him in such a short amount of time with limited experience and then I saw this:

“When you think of residential real estate, we want you to think Rogers Healy,” said Randolph Smith, one of Healy’s realtors, who is also a junior at SMU.

    They’re college kids…

    And then I saw this:

“Is Rogers Healy really the realtor to the stars? Well, not exactly, but he sure does have a knack for networking. Every person on Healy’s wall of fame has a connection to Healy, including best friend Tony Romo. The two were introduced through a mutual friend.”

Which makes is sound more like they’re dating than best buds.

He’s on Facebook too. Maybe he’ll be your friend.

Wait a second, this guy? Ummm…who wrote that bio?

Yes him. Ever read the ‘Cash McMogulson’ series by Katherine Harper? He’s on of those Dallas people.

You mock, but I’ll have you know Mr. Healy played Bertrand in 2004’s “Bob Steel.” Betcha didn’t know that! http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1592064/

In addition to “Bob Steel” he was in … uh … in … uh … Well anyway, he has TWO imdb photos!

    So who’s mocking now, missy?

“He ended up with his third dream and stayed close to home, near neither coast, running a real estate agency/frat mixer for 6 months before realizing hype doesn’t equal experience.” Hooray, Rogers!! Also, HPHS isn’t in the ‘heart’ of HP. It is in UP. As they say in the real estate biz…Location, location, location.

When does, surrounding yourself around, smu attendants, and undergrad’s make you a professional at real estate,

is the constant network of omega’s or the super bowl connections, wait I bet it is the on listing on NORTH WEST PARK WAY THAT HAS BEEN DAYS ON TEHMARKET NEXT TO A YEAR!

I guess it isn’t a bad for someone to dream, but to build them selves up to be in the NOW, with such a exclusive network of losers doesn’t motivate me to hire him as my realtor. in fact I think he and his team have sold less than 40 home in three years. I am embarrassed form him,

Why not work hard! Build a resume around performance vs the who’s who’s or $30,000 a year douche bags

Your an *****…you dont spell right…Rogers Healy is selling a lot more than 40 houses in 3 years…YOUR A DOUCHE BAG…

  • Local owner

Where are you getting your Sales info, he has less than 8 listings as of today, and NTREIS, shows he and his agents have sold less than 40 homes in the existence of his entire brokerage firm.

That is less than one month, which is actually a pretty high performance to most realtors …….. ( remembering the average realtor makes less than $8,000 a year )

  • Local owner

Your right HEALY is a Douche BAG, I just wish I could once meet, ROMO, SPEARS, SIMPSON and get plugged into the NOW! HP, UP & SMU wouldn’t be teh saem with out Mover & Shakers like HEALY. I hope he will be my friend.
