The 2008 Saint Valentine’s Day Luncheon and Fashion Show, benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, was big… Very big. Not only did thousands of women (and a few loving husbands) attend the event, but the luncheon made a record-breaking $564,000- and that’s just from ticket sales. Add up the raffle money, centerpiece purchases, and spur-of-the-moment donations, and you’ve got well more than half a million dollars.
