Blowing in the Wind

I just saw the silliest, most-wasteful tool since the gas-powered leaf blower. On Marquette Street this morning, a City of UP street-cleaning truck came trundling by, with large, circular sweepers tossing dust and leaves into the previously-pristine sky.
Where do these idiots who use leaf blowers and street cleaners think everything goes once it’s blown into the air? Has the Bubble managed to suspend the law of gravity?

What happened to baggin it? Rakin it? There is enough dust etc in the air from Mockingbird. PS - It goes in MY yard!!

Absolutely. Raking is a lost art. Or just letting it lie there and turn to mulch. It’s not like we weren’t getting along just fine before all the contraptions.
