I live across the street from Temple Emanu-El, and I as I was leaving my house today at about 9 a.m., I noticed the temple’s parking lot was filling up in anticipation of Ray Nasher’s 10 a.m. memorial service. Police officers were guarding all the entrances, and some cars were parked on the grass already. From the looks of things, it will be a full house and then some on hand to honor Mr. Nasher and his many contributions to our fair city.
